Ingredients
- Taro

Instructions
- Prepare the taro by peeling and dicing into cubes, then boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and cool.
- Sauté the taro in butter or olive oil over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Make the filling by mixing warm taro with your choice of cheese.
- Prepare oatmeal according to package instructions, adding red date rice wine while cooking.
