Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers or jalapeños
  • Variety of crackers or raw veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with shredded cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped herbs, diced peppers, and sweet and spicy pepper jelly, saving a couple of tablespoons for topping.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  5. Unwrap and place on a serving plate, drizzling with reserved jelly.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers and raw veggies.

Notes
