- 1 package puff pastry
- 8 sausages (pork, chicken, turkey, or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard or soy sauce
- Optional: sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles—about 3×4 inches.
- Place a sausage at one end of each pastry rectangle and roll it up tightly.
- Combine honey, brown sugar, and mustard or soy sauce in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Brush the glaze generously over each wrapped sausage.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired and place in the oven.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving.
