Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 8 sausages (pork, chicken, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard or soy sauce
  • Optional: sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles—about 3×4 inches.
  3. Place a sausage at one end of each pastry rectangle and roll it up tightly.
  4. Combine honey, brown sugar, and mustard or soy sauce in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Brush the glaze generously over each wrapped sausage.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
