- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, stirring until the mixture just comes together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
