Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, beat together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in additional chopped almonds or any other mix-ins if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the pastry to cool before dusting with powdered sugar, slicing into squares or triangles, and serving warm.
