Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the bread into thick wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter or olive oil with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic mixture generously over the bread slices, then top each with a mixture of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the toast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
