Ingredients
- Fresh seafood (shrimp, crab, or lobster)
- Round loaf of sourdough or French bread
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Fresh garlic, minced
- Onion, chopped

- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Prep the Bread Bowl: Carefully carve out the inside of your loaf, leaving about an inch of bread on the sides.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil and add minced garlic and chopped onions. Cook until translucent and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Cook the Seafood: Add chopped shrimp and crab to the skillet and sauté until just cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked seafood mixture with cream cheese, shredded cheese, and chopped herbs. Mix until well-combined and creamy.
- Stuff the Bread Bowl: Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, packing it in firmly.
- Bake: Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with extra herbs and serve warm.
