- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for strawberries)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing, hulling, and dicing them. Toss with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let sit for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and mix well.
- Layer the dessert cups starting with the strawberry mixture, followed by the cream filling, then a layer of the graham cracker topping. Repeat until cups are filled.
- Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. These cups are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
