Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for strawberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing, hulling, and dicing them. Toss with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and mix well.
  4. Layer the dessert cups starting with the strawberry mixture, followed by the cream filling, then a layer of the graham cracker topping. Repeat until cups are filled.
  5. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. These cups are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
