Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Pour in the milk and Greek yogurt, followed by the vanilla extract. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats, adding extra milk to adjust the consistency if needed, and top with additional strawberries, nuts, or seeds.
