Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • White chocolate (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Remove green tops and chop strawberries into small pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese; blend until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  6. Scoop out small amounts of chilled mixture and roll into bite-size balls.
  7. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  8. If using, melt white chocolate and dip each truffle until coated; place on parchment paper to set.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best texture; experiment with a pinch of lemon zest for added flavor.
