Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice the strawberries, then toss them with sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and almond slices. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour the strawberry filling into a pie dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbly.
