- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- Fresh scallions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by whisking soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl; add chicken and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Sauté the vegetables in a large skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp; remove and set aside.
- Cook the marinated chicken in the same skillet until golden and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables and cooked noodles with the chicken; drizzle sesame oil and toss well for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in a large dish, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
