Description

Crispy and flavorful Steak Fingers that are easy to prepare and perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Sirloin or Flank Steak, cut into strips
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Set up your breading station with dishes for flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Slice the steak into strips about 1 inch wide and pat dry.
  3. Dredge each strip in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the steak fingers in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

Let the breaded Steak Fingers rest before frying for a better crust. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
