Ingredients

- 1 lb Sirloin or Flank Steak, cut into strips
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Vegetable Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Set up your breading station with dishes for flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Slice the steak into strips about 1 inch wide and pat dry.
- Dredge each strip in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the steak fingers in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
Let the breaded Steak Fingers rest before frying for a better crust. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
