Description

Deliciously crispy steak fingers, perfect for a family gathering or cozy dinner. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for a fun meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Steak (Sirloin or Flank)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil (Vegetable or Canola) for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat by slicing your steak into strips, about an inch wide.
  2. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in one bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl for the egg wash.
  4. Pour panko breadcrumbs into another shallow dish.
  5. Dredge each steak strip in the flour, dip it in the egg wash, and then roll it in the panko.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add the coated strips to the skillet without overcrowding.
  8. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Notes

Let the steak fingers rest for a few minutes after frying to allow juices to redistribute. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
