- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp Paprika

- Season the flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in one bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl for the egg wash.
- Pour panko breadcrumbs into another shallow dish.
- Dredge each steak strip in the flour, dip it in the egg wash, and then roll it in the panko.

- Add the coated strips to the skillet without overcrowding.
- Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Notes
Let the steak fingers rest for a few minutes after frying to allow juices to redistribute. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
