Description

Tender and juicy steak strips with a crispy coating, perfect for family gatherings or game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (regular or panko)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak: Trim excess fat and cut into strips, about 1-inch wide.
  2. Set up dredging station: In one bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each strip: Coat with flour mixture, dip in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Fry the steak fingers: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan while frying for even cooking. Let them rest before serving to lock in juices.
