- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine room-temperature cream cheese and sausage until smooth.
- Stir in Rotel, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg until fully integrated.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball; place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
