Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sausage, Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
