- 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sausage, Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For lighter variation, use turkey sausage. Substitute with dairy-free cream cheese for a plant-based option.
