  3. Toss in the sliced chorizo and let it brown and crisp slightly.
  4. Stir in the cubed potatoes for about five minutes, ensuring they absorb flavors.
  5. Pour in the broth, covering the potatoes and bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; lower heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir in fresh herbs and let steep before serving.
