Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sauté the onions until translucent. Stir in minced garlic for the last minute, allowing the aroma to surround you.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and any cheese you’re using. Mix until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
