Description
Delightful Snowman Cake Pops made from chocolate or vanilla cake, coated in white chocolate, and decorated to resemble cheerful snowmen.

- 1 batch chocolate or vanilla cake (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup buttercream or cream cheese frosting
- 8 oz white chocolate coating (or candy melts)
- Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
- Orange candy pieces or fondant (for noses)
- Colorful sprinkles (for buttons)
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to your recipe. Let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a mixing bowl.
- Add frosting to the crumbled cake, mixing until it holds together without being too wet.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Melt the white chocolate in short bursts in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip the end of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into each cake ball.
- Chill cake pops in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Dip each pop into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Before the coating hardens, decorate with chocolate chips for eyes, orange candy for noses, and sprinkles for buttons.
- Let them set in a foam block or secure container to harden fully before serving.
Notes
Store leftover cake pops in an airtight container. They can last up to a week in the fridge.
