S’mores Magic Bars

Description

Deliciously layered bars that capture the essence of campfire s’mores, featuring a graham cracker crust, rich chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar, then press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over the milk.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan, lift out using parchment, slice into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

For easy cutting, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water and allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
