Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by lining with paper liners or greasing.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, both sugars, baking powder, and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in melted butter and milk.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  7. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
