Description

Delicious sliders featuring tender beef patties, smoky BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and tangy pickles, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup crispy onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles (dill or bread-and-butter)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the cooking surface. Grill or sear the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with BBQ sauce during the last minute of cooking.
  4. If making homemade crispy onions, slice onions thinly, toss in flour with a pinch of salt, and fry until golden and crisp.
  5. Assemble the sliders by layering each bun with a patty, BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and pickles.
  6. Serve with extra pickles and BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

Experiment with different toppings or sauces to customize your sliders.
