Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pancake mix with milk and eggs; whisk until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat; sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Form small balls of ground beef, season, and flatten into patties; sear until crispy on the outside, adding cheese before finishing.
- Pour pancake batter onto the skillet, place a beef patty on top, and cover with more batter; cook until golden brown.
