- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package cookie dough
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: nuts, sprinkles, caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions or your recipe, then spread half into the pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer and spread evenly.
- Pour remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving with ice cream or caramel.
Notes
To prevent overbaking, check brownies a few minutes before the recommended time. Allow them to cool to set properly.
