A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken thighs sautéed in a rich, tangy bang bang sauce. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (sriracha or Louisiana hot sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a touch of oil. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, minced garlic, honey, and lime juice. Adjust heat level to taste.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest. Lower heat, add sauce to the skillet, and deglaze the pan.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve on a platter, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For richer flavor, marinate the chicken in half of the sauce for at least an hour before cooking.
