Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken thighs sautéed in a rich, tangy bang bang sauce. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (sriracha or Louisiana hot sauce)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a touch of oil. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, minced garlic, honey, and lime juice. Adjust heat level to taste.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest. Lower heat, add sauce to the skillet, and deglaze the pan.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Serve on a platter, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

For richer flavor, marinate the chicken in half of the sauce for at least an hour before cooking.
