  • Rice vinegar
  • Honey (or agave syrup)
  • Sesame oil
  • Scallions and cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the chicken cooks, chop the bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots into uniform slices.
