Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil or butter over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in any additional vegetables and cook until tender.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs after removing from heat.
- In a bowl, place a scoop of cottage cheese and top with the sautéed mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle with parmesan if desired.

Notes
