Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the broccoli and sauté until bright green and slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add butter, stirring until melted. Add Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon, mix well.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Serve warm.
