Instructions

  1. Prepare the broccoli: Start by washing and cutting the broccoli into small florets.

  3. Sauté the garlic: Add the butter and olive oil to the bacon drippings in the same skillet. Once melted and bubbly, throw in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
