Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 French baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- DICE the tomatoes and add a pinch of salt; let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- Mince the garlic.
- MIX cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and half of the basil in a bowl.
- FOLD in the diced tomatoes, remaining basil, and cheeses.
- TRANSFER to a greased baking dish.
- BAKE for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- SLICE the baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven.
- SERVE hot with toasted bread.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Serve with crunchy vegetables for dipping.
