  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 French baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. DICE the tomatoes and add a pinch of salt; let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. MIX cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and half of the basil in a bowl.
  5. FOLD in the diced tomatoes, remaining basil, and cheeses.
  6. TRANSFER to a greased baking dish.
  7. BAKE for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. SLICE the baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven.
  9. SERVE hot with toasted bread.
