Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add the cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually mix this dry blend into your wet ingredients.
  5. Incorporate the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until combined.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
