Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet, greasing it lightly.
  2. Peel, core, and grate about 2 cups of apples.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gently fold in the grated apples.
