A delightful twist on classic s’mores, these Rice Krispie Treats combine crunchy cereal, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate for a perfect sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies until combined.
  4. Stir in crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips, allowing the chocolate to melt slightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly with wet hands.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into squares. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes
