- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies until combined.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips, allowing the chocolate to melt slightly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly with wet hands.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Notes
Make sure to use fresh marshmallows for best results. Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top for an indulgent finish.
