Description
Delicious S’mores Brownies that combine gooey chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows for a nostalgic treat.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl and let it cool slightly. Mix in the granulated and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers over the batter and add mini marshmallows. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle more graham crackers and marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
For a toasted marshmallow texture, broil the brownies for a couple of minutes after baking, keeping a watchful eye.
