- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove the Butterball Turkey Breast from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Scatter chopped onions, carrots, and celery in the roasting pan.
- Place the turkey breast on top of the vegetables. Roast, basting every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
