Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir in your seasonings and any optional vegetables.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle them generously over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
