  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, mixing until smooth. Pour this over the cake batter.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing. Serve warm with powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream if desired.
