- 1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 3 large Eggs
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, mixing until smooth. Pour this over the cake batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
- Allow to cool before slicing. Serve warm with powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream if desired.
