Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the almond extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of dough, flatten in your palm, place raspberry jam in the center, and wrap dough around jam, rolling it into a ball.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced one inch apart, and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack, then roll in powdered sugar until coated.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
