- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes; cut them into uniform, bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs or ranch dressing if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use starchy potatoes and allow space on the baking sheet for even cooking.
