- 2 lbs Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (Chives, parsley, or dill)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Cheese (optional, cheddar or parmesan)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by washing and peeling them. Cut into even-sized cubes, about 1-inch thick.
- Toss the potato cubes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning until well-coated.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and cheese in the last five minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy the joyful reactions at dinner!
Notes
For creamier potatoes, toss them in sour cream before baking. Consider adding paprika for a spicy kick!
