Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (Chives, parsley, or dill)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (optional, cheddar or parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing and peeling them. Cut into even-sized cubes, about 1-inch thick.
  2. Toss the potato cubes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning until well-coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and cheese in the last five minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the joyful reactions at dinner!

Notes

For creamier potatoes, toss them in sour cream before baking. Consider adding paprika for a spicy kick!
