Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms and other veggies until tender.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
