  • Optional: bacon or sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crescent rolls by rolling out the dough in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing seams together.
  3. Sauté the sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil, along with salt and pepper, until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl; add cheese and herbs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
