- 100ml Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Whip egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold dry mixture into egg whites gently.
- Add pumpkin puree and spices, folding until smooth.
- Pipe batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet.
- For the filling, beat butter, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and pumpkin puree until fluffy.
- Assemble macarons by pairing the shells and piping filling between them.
