- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian alternative)
- 2 tbsp warm water
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; blend until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and fold it into the mixture.
- Spoon into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and cream cheese with pureed silken tofu.
