Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian alternative)
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; blend until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and fold it into the mixture.
  6. Spoon into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and cream cheese with pureed silken tofu.
