  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin or agar-agar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grab a large mixing bowl, a whisk or electric mixer, and a spatula.
  2. In the bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, sugar, and spices. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture using a spatula.
  6. Transfer the mixture into serving cups or a large dish, cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
