- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup whipped cream, lightly sweetened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin or agar-agar (optional)
Instructions
- Grab a large mixing bowl, a whisk or electric mixer, and a spatula.
- In the bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, sugar, and spices. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture using a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture into serving cups or a large dish, cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream.
