  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, spices, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before transferring to a wire rack.
