Description

Deliciously baked sliders featuring soft pretzel rolls filled with savory ham and gooey melted cheese, perfect for gatherings and family meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 soft pretzel rolls
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Mustard for spreading

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each pretzel roll in half horizontally and arrange the bottoms on a baking dish. Lightly butter the insides.
  3. Add a slice of ham followed by a slice of cheese on top of the bottom half of each roll.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Check sliders towards the end of baking time to avoid over-browning. For extra crispiness, broil for a minute or two.
