Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut out a tree shape.
- Place the brie in the center of the tree shape, spread cranberry sauce on top, and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Gently fold the branches over the filling, twisting them to create shape.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and melty.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
