Ingredients
Scale
- Brie cheese
- 1 cup roasted and unsalted pistachios, chopped (or walnuts/pecans)

- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

- In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios, cranberries, and honey.
- Unroll puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into a Christmas tree shape.
- Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spoon the filling on top, then cover with the brie rind.
- Fold the branches of the pastry over the brie, tucking them in to form a tree shape. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let cool slightly before serving with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
Ensure the puff pastry is thawed completely for the best texture. Avoid overfilling to prevent a messy dish.
